Sleem Global («Sleem»), based in Medellín, Colombia, is the data controller for personal data collected through sleem.co and in providing managed cloud services.

Data we collect
- Contact data: name, email, company.
- Communications sent to cloud@sleem.co.
- Technical browsing data (aggregated analytics).
- Operational data from managed AWS accounts under contract.
Purpose
We respond to inquiries, design custom plans, operate contracted AWS environments, and comply with legal obligations. Legal basis: contract, legitimate interest, and consent where applicable.
Subprocessors
We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) as the primary subprocessor. We may use web analytics (Umami) with aggregated data.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, or deletion by writing to cloud@sleem.co.
