Sleem provides managed AWS cloud, cost optimization (FinOps), and custom plans designed with an advisor. There is no public pricing or self-serve contracting on the website.
Engagement
Every engagement starts with a conversation with an advisor. Scope, SLAs, pricing, and deliverables are defined in a written proposal or contract before operating.
Client obligations
- Provide access and information needed to operate your AWS environment.
- Maintain confidentiality of shared credentials.
- Notify relevant changes to infrastructure or compliance requirements.
Limitation of liability
Sleem operates with professional diligence per agreed scope. Liability is limited as set in each client's specific contract. AWS remains the infrastructure provider under its own terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Jurisdiction: Medellín, Colombia.
