Code

Engineering that builds Sleem itself.

We come from a development agency and still ship bespoke software — mostly to solve our own problems at scale. This is not an open "build us an MVP" queue; it is the technical engine behind cloud, products, and operations.

How we think about code

Proprietary systems — not infinite third-party dependency.

When the market did not have the right tool, we built it — with the same rigor we demand in production.

Product & platform

Architectures that hold money, rights, and sensitive data — where a bug is an incident, not a funny tweet.

Infra as discipline

What we design for cloud clients is what we run ourselves: automation, observability, repeatable deploys.

Security & data

Permissions modeling, encryption, audits, and reviews — the bar rises when the domain is financial or legal.

Reality

We do not take public client projects — for now.

We publish Code to explain where the reliability of the rest of the holding comes from — not to open a queue of external projects.

  1. Real dogfooding

What runs in production for Sleem is the same code we stand behind with investors and enterprise clients.

  2. Tight coupling with Music & Cloud

The boundary between music product and infrastructure is blurry — teams share context constantly.

  3. High talent bar

We prefer a few senior engineers who understand business over many people filling sprints.

Coverage

Capabilities we already run seriously

Backend, frontend, data, integrations, and tooling — always with traceability and tests, not eternal patches.

  • API design and service contracts
  • Data pipelines, reporting, and automation
  • Internal tools for operations and finance
  • Integrations with PSPs, DSPs, and legacy systems
  • Continuous performance and cloud cost improvement

Why it matters

Technology is not decoration — it is competitive advantage.

Fewer slides, more commits on main

We measure progress in incidents avoided, cycle time, and controlled technical debt.

Business context

We understand royalties, liquidity, and compliance — not only trendy frameworks.

Ecosystem

What feeds this chapter

Invest, managed cloud, and our own products are demanding internal customers — the best training ground.

No public form — by design.
